A+ Inspection Services is a home inspection service company, fully dedicated to providing a thorough home inspection to ensure you are educated on the home you are either currently living in, getting ready to sell, or possibly purchasing. The goal of my home inspection is not to persuade you one way or another to buy or sell, but to educate you on the condition of the home and identify any potential safety concerns allowing you to make informed decisions. I provide a thorough unbiased inspection of the home and a detailed observation report. You are encouraged to join me during the inspection to experience it first hand.
I received my certification in Home Inspection from Molloy College and am licensed in the State of New York. I keep up with th standards of practice and changes in the industry through their continuing education program in accordance with NYS continuing education requirements.
